我的照片会上传吗？Are my photos uploaded?
不会。照片分析、语音转写与文字润色均在本机完成。唯一对外发送的是查询地名所用的一处大致坐标，可在「隐私与安全」中关闭。No. Photo analysis, transcription and polishing all happen on this iPhone. The only thing sent off the device is one approximate location for place-name lookups, which you can turn off in Privacy & Security.
为什么认不出我的孩子？Why can't Morrow recognize my child?
慢慢通过孩子的头像照片识别孩子。请在孩子资料中换一张正脸清晰、只有孩子一人的照片；完成的故事越多，识别越准确。Morrow recognizes your child from their profile photo. Choose a photo in their profile with a clear, front-facing view of just your child; the more stories you complete, the better it gets.
为什么还没有发现故事？Why hasn't Morrow found any stories yet?
成长变化需要时间跨度：同一地点相隔数月的照片、学步前后的照片，才能体现变化。慢慢宁可少推荐，也不编造故事。你也可以从首页「找照片」自行挑选照片开始。Growth takes time to show: photos at the same place months apart, or before and after learning to walk. Morrow would rather suggest less than make stories up. You can also start one yourself from Find Photos on Home.
为什么时光里只有最近的日子？Why does the Timeline only show recent days?
免费版首次整理最近 90 天，此后的新照片持续整理进时光，已整理的不会收回。开启慢慢 Pro 后，将一直整理到孩子出生之日。The free version first organizes the last 90 days, then keeps adding new photos to the Timeline. Nothing already organized is taken away. Morrow Pro organizes all the way back to the day your child was born.
免费版和慢慢 Pro 有什么区别？What's the difference between free and Morrow Pro?
免费版可以扫描全部照片、发现全部故事、完成第 1 篇完整故事、整理每个孩子的第一份周岁回忆，并导出前 3 个回忆视频。之后的故事可以单篇购买（最多 3 篇），或开启慢慢 Pro：从出生到现在的完整时光、不限篇数的完整故事、不限次导出回忆视频。The free version scans all your photos, finds every story, lets you complete your first full story, makes each child's First Birthday Recap, and exports your first 3 Memory Videos. After that, buy single stories (up to 3) or start Morrow Pro: a complete Timeline from birth to now, unlimited full stories, and unlimited Memory Video exports.
如何取消订阅？How do I cancel my subscription?
打开 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」，选择慢慢 Pro 并取消；也可在慢慢「设置 → 慢慢 Pro → 管理订阅」中打开该页面。Open iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, choose Morrow Pro and cancel. You can also open the same page from Morrow: Settings → Morrow Pro → Manage Subscription.
订阅到期后，故事会保留吗？Will my stories stay if my subscription ends?
会。已完成的故事以及免费、单篇解锁的故事均永久保留，你写下的文字与录音也不会删除。未完成的故事需再次解锁，才能生成初稿和完成。Yes. Completed stories and stories unlocked for free or individually are kept forever, and your words and recordings are never deleted. Unfinished stories need to be unlocked again before drafting or completing.
更换 iPhone 或删除 App 后，数据如何处理？What happens to my data if I switch iPhones or delete the app?
慢慢没有账号与云同步，内容均在本机。删除 App 将删除慢慢中的故事与资料（相册中的照片不受影响）。更换 iPhone 时，故事资料可随 iPhone 备份迁移，录音与照片分析数据不在备份中。重要的故事请导出 PDF 保存。Morrow has no accounts or cloud sync; everything lives on this iPhone. Deleting the app deletes your stories and data in Morrow (photos in your library aren't affected). When you switch iPhones, story data can move with your iPhone backup, but recordings and photo analysis data aren't backed up. Export important stories as PDFs.
地名如何获取？How are place names found?
慢慢将一处地点的大致坐标发送至 Apple 地图查询地名，仅使用具体地点；查不到时标题不含地名。地名印到分享卡前需经你确认。Morrow sends one approximate location to Apple Maps to look up a place name, and only uses specific places; if nothing is found, titles leave the place out. You confirm a place name before it's printed on a share card.
